Nous rejoindre - FAQ
1. How long will it take to get a response after I send my application?

As soon as it is received, our Recruiting Department will look into your application to see whether your profile and career path match BPI's current or upcoming needs. If you apply in a country other than France, it will automatically be sent to the associated subsidiary and reviewed there.
We are committed to responding as quickly as possible – in a maximum of 30 days after it is received.

2. How does the recruitment process work?

Once your application is approved, you are asked to meet the Human Resources manager for an initial interview.
This meeting is a chance for us to become familiar with your skills, motivation and personality so we can see if they fit the position offered and our House's values. If so, you will be invited to meet the operational managers. The total process usually takes four to six weeks.

3. What fields does BPI work in?

BPI has a broad and diverse range of Professions, which are divided into 8 major Families:

5. Does BPI offer internships?

Yes, every year BPI offers students paid internships for 6 months or longer in every area of the company.
BPI internships are actual jobs and serve as an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and develop your skills and autonomy in a specific area. The profiles we look for are college and business school students at the bachelor's level.

6. Do you offer internships abroad?

BPI has about a dozen subsidiaries and offices around the world. These entities may offer internships or volunteering abroad in business (V.I.E.) opportunities in a foreign country. Simply send your application to the email address indicated and specify your subsidiary of choice. It will then automatically be sent to the entity you indicate.

7. Do you hire people in work-study programs (alternance)?

Yes, every year we bring in young people on an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. The profiles we seek are undergraduate students for contracts of 1 to 2 years.

8. Does the BPI House hire people at the end of an internship or a work-study contract?

Internships and work-study contracts are a chance for us to assess a student's talents and ability to become part of the company. They are a real springboard to job opportunities in our House and a selection pool for our future recruitment campaigns.
That is why we use the same standards in hiring our interns as we do for our employees.
Therefore, over the last three years, nearly 40% of our interns have been hired at the end of their internship.

9. What is working at BPI like?
